I am absolutely not interested in working out, but I look at it as a necessary evil to staying healthy. That, along with my doctor's prodding, motivated me to sign up for some of Travis' classes in the park. I am not the most fit guy, and I have to admit that it wasn't as bad as my imagination had made it the few hours before my first class. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised that the experience was FUN! Now, I actually look forward to the weekly workout class and have signed up for personal training. I love working out with Travis. I have taken other classes at gyms, but this by far has exceeded those. For one, the classes are taught by certified personal trainers. So even in a class with several others you are getting the knowledge and skill of a trainer all for only the price of the class which is $10 a session. Two, the class was FUN! No boring, mechanical, hum drum moves. Travis was constantly changing it up. We actually did several drills together, and even competed on a few which resulted in lots of laughs. But, trust me, it wasn't all laughs, it kicked my butt, too! Travis was sure to mention that the class is suitable for all levels and he made sure that we were working at our level. If the move was too tough, he showed us how to regress it, too easy, he progressed it. With my success with the classes I decided to try some one on one training sessions. These are by far the best! Working out one on one with Travis has really helped my health. He spends time with me going over some nutritional info and while we workout together, in one of our 2 times that we meet a week, he thoroughly explains how the exercises that I am performing are working. Travis' knowledge, skill and confidence is awesome. These sessions have resulted with my doctor's thumbs-up, a reduction in medication and to my happy surprise a boost of energy and a little more motivation to do it all over again. Travis, you are awesome! I can't say that enough. Keep up the good work!

More on IsraelMike has been training me for several months now and I could not be any more satisfied with his training. Mike is completely dedicated in every way to help me reach my goals and everyday he says or does something to keep me motivated and focused on that goal. He trains me twice a week, yet I feel like I have a trainer 6 days a week because he is so thorough and works hard at keeping me on a daily schedule of exactly what to do on my own time when he is not training me. There is never a day that I am not clear on what to workout and for how long. He checks in with me daily to see how I feel mentally and physically. Adjusting my workouts up or down as necessary. In all of our one on one workout sessions, there has never been a repeat workout. Mike keeps it interesting, new and fun. He is so knowledgeable with the body and how to sculpt it. Literally every time he trains me, I learn something new about how the body works in conjunction with the exercise we are doing. He makes me understand how to work out properly, what body part to focus on and how it is working to benefit me. Can’t is not an option when working out with Mike, and he will see me through every single “I can’t” rep with pure motivation that only makes me push harder. I feel better, I look better, I’m stronger, and thanks to Mike, I am obtaining my goals. Which is exactly why I call him my sensei!
