Professional Experience:

  It is my passion to educate and lead others to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Through my own experience I understand what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. As a past college track athlete I have over a decade of athletic training, competing and fitness experience. I started running in fourth grade.and it led me to coaching and college. But, after college, I entered the realm of 9-5, ceased running, worked long hours and entertained heavily. Gradually, I gained weight reaching 195 lbs. I knew that I had to commit to making realistic changes to get back in shape and to improve the quality of my life. Today, at 30+ lbs lighter, leaner and meaner, I enjoy indulgences in moderation, focus on a balanced life, have rekindled my passion for running and have found a new passion in challenging core and stabilization workouts. Whether you are training for a marathon, sports performance, bigger muscles, increased mobility, trying to shed a few pounds, or trying to get your body back, I have the expertise to get you there. Get ready to set goals, be inspired, see and feel results and have FUN! Let me bring my experience, passion and knowledge to you and inspire you to reach and sustain your personal success!
